Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support with mobility and physical activities.
Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with household tasks, including cleaning and laundry.
Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a care-related role is preferred.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient nature.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
A valid driver’s license is desirable but not essential.
