Outline Your Needs
Our specialist Domiciliary Care Team receives your enquiry. We will discuss your requirements and provide information on the
services that we can offer you, as well as an outline of costs.
Assessor Home Visit
We will arrange for a Better Support Staffing Assessor to visit your home and undertake a care and risk assessment. Following this visit, a fully costed care package will be offered.
Finalise Care Package
We will finalise your care plan with you and your family and then identify the most suited care staff for you. We will also arrange for you to meet them to ensure that all of your needs are met. If any additional training is required this will also be coordinated.

Quality Assurance And Our Recruitment Standards
What defines Better Support Staffing is our exceptional standard of care. We take pride in our rigorous internal quality assurance and recruitment systems.
Our staff are required to have relevant qualifications and experince for the services they provide. These checks also include: Disclosure Barring Service (DBS), POCA and SOVA checks, work history, qualifications, health declaration, experience and references. We then train all the new starters to make sure their performace reflects our company, Thier induction includes undergoing a comprehensive complulsory training courses, manual handling, disease control, basic life support, fire safety and medication sections.
Better Support Staffing monitors our worker's performance using shadowing, annual audits, random checks and regular supervision. We also comply with The Care Standards Act, The Regulation of Care Act, DoH Code of Practice, all current National Framework Guidelines.
